Will my current membership or service plan stay the same?
Yes, your current plan will remain the same. Your account information will move to the CCW website.
Why can't I access the CCW Safe website and see my account information?
CCW Safe is migrating all the data information for all the ACLDN members. When the migration is complete, an email with instructions on how to log in will be sent out.
Do I need to sign a new contract or agreement?
No, you will be covered under CCW Safe’s Terms & Conditions.
Will my account information or login credentials change?
Once the transition is complete, you will receive an email on how to log in to your account on the CCW Safe website.

Will there be any interruption in service during the transition?
No. Your service and coverage will continue uninterrupted.
Is my personal or payment information still secure?
Yes. Your personal and payment information will remain secure throughout the transition.
Will there be any pricing changes?
No. The citizen plan is the current price of your ACLDN plan.
Can I upgrade to a different plan with CCW Safe?
Yes, you can upgrade to a CCW Safe plan. An upgrade can be done in a few weeks after the transition period.
You can speak with a specialist about changing your plan and receive a follow-up when the transition is complete.
What happens to the remaining time on my current ACLDN membership?
Your ACLDN membership will remain active and renew as usual.
How does my current ACLDN plan compare to the CCW Safe Citizen plan?

Can I still access ACLDN’s educational resources, videos, or printed materials?
Yes, you can still access ACLDN’s educational resources.
You can also visit CCW Safe’s Resource Page for information on training materials and state laws.
Do I still have coverage if I live in New York, New Jersey, or Washington?
Yes. You will remain on your ACLDN plan and will not transition to CCW Safe at this time, and will remain covered by ACLDN.
How do I report a self-defense incident or require emergency assistance?
Starting on July 9, 2025, if you're involved in a self-defense incident, call the CCW Safe emergency hotline at 1-800-508-0450.
*If you need emergency assistance before July 9, 2025, please call the ACLDN emergency number.
Will I receive a CCW Safe Membership card that has the support and emergency information?
Yes, CCW Safe will send out membership cards to ACLDN members.
The cards provided will only have the support number and emergency contact information. The membership card will arrive in the next couple of weeks.
